Admission in Pharmacy Courses 

Admission in Diploma in Pharmacy strictly on merit by written Test notified by the College. Admission is being taken through the entrance examination conducted by the college, following the norms and conditions of Pharmacy Council of India(PCI), Bihar University Of Health Sciences, Patna & Health Department, government of Bihar – Patna.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission:- The minimum qualification required for the admission is mentioned below.

    1 D.Pharm 10+2(PCB/M) Minimum 50% Marks Physics, Chemistry & (Mathematics / Biology)

Documents to be brought during admission:- The date and time for the candidate to appear before the admission at J. P. College of Pharmacy.
1) Admit card/certificate of the respective board showing the candidate’s date of birth/age (original + two Xerox copies)
2) Cast, Income & Residence certificate (xerox copies)
3) Mark-sheet/Certificate of 10 and 10+2 examination (original + two Xerox copies)
4) 8 copies of stamp size colored photograph
5) The required amount of fee to be paid a fee for admission.
6) Aadhar card
7) Migration Certificate(Original)
8) College leaving certificate With Character Certificate from the head of the institution last attended
9) As per PCI norms, in connection with the anti-ragging measures, affidavit in printed form (form will be provided by college) is to be submitted both from candidates and his/her guardian at the time of admission.
